Still having trouble?
Try clearing your browser's cache, and restarting the browser. Instructions below:

Internet Explorer
  1) Click TOOLS - INTERNET OPTIONS
  2) In the window that appears, click BROWSING HISTORY - DELETE
  3) a new window will appear, click TEMPORARY INTERNET FILES - DELETE FILES
  4) Quit Internet Explorer
  5) We also suggest that you restart the computer

Safari for Mac
   1) Click SAFARI - EMPTY CACHE
   2) quit Safari (don't just close): SAFARI - QUIT
   3) We also suggest that you restart the computer

FireFox
  1) Mac: click FIREFOX - PREFERENCES - ADVANCED - NETWORK - OFFLINE STORAGE - CLEAR NOW
  1) Windows: TOOLS - RECENT HISTORY - CACHE
  2) Quit FireFox (don't just close)
  3) We also suggest that you restart the computer
